The staff was very friendly and the location
The quality of rest, ie, the air condicioner wasn't working and the room was very hot. The sounds in the corridor, in the morning, were very loud.

This was a very clean, well located hotel but I wish it had an elevator.
Excellent location. The man who staffed the desk in the evenings was very helpful. I appreciated that the whole staff spoke English very well. I loved the shower with the 3 different options for the water spray. I liked the placement of the plugs and the ability to shut off the lights from my bed.
It was difficult that the hotel did not have an elevator. Carrying my heavy suitcase up and down the steps to my room was hard for me.
